Noriko is our Japanese friend. She's not a boy.
Tequila Jean used to work with me when I worked for the council. She kind of adopted me and introduced me to vodka jelly. She claims that she's a spy, but in fact she still works for the council and has a few flats that she rents out in Marchmont.
Cal used to work with me when I was in management accounting. Me and Cal used to have an arrangement - regular Friday shagging. Not any more.
Fiona is Cal's wife. They've been married for three years, and she recently gave up work to look after their son, Euan. She used to sing with a folk band, but doesn't do that so much these days.
Peter was at school with me. We keep in touch via e-mail. The bastard moved in for a while, but he's gone again.
